The survey was very comprehensive and detailed, lots of pictures, and picked up on lots we had missed ourselves. The surveyor was also happy to have emails back and forth as needed, and jumped on a phonecall with us for half an hour to discuss things, give a bit more context, and answer specific questions we had, which was above and beyond what others offered.
